With the BodyCROSS® sling trainer you can strengthen your entire core muscles with every workout. The sling trainer is the perfect mobile fitness studio with which you can do an intensive and fun workout anywhere in the world. Whether chest, back, stomach, legs, buttocks or arms, all muscle groups can be trained intensively and sustainably . Due to the unstable basic position, many muscle chains are activated at the same time and this ensures an increased training stimulus and thus quick and visible training success .

Our BodyCROSS® Spacer in the Premium Edition serves as a spacer between the 2 loops. The additional movement axis created thereby increases the training intensity (3D effect) and simplifies the handling of the sling trainer. The spacer is CNC milled from aluminum and is clamped between the two loops. The included wing screws prevent the spacer from slipping.

With the additional BodyCROSS® multi-adaptation you can change from the typical V-shape of classic sling training to the H-shape. The sling trainer can now be hung at 2 attachment points, giving your muscles a more versatile training stimulus and preventing the ropes from slipping on your body.

The fastening loops (multiadaptation) and the deflection pulley are excluded. For commercial use in fitness studios, clubs or personal training, the statutory warranty obligation applies.
