Warranty Statement

The guarantor, BodyCROSS Fitness Manufaktur GmbH (hereinafter: BodyCROSS), offers natural persons who conclude a legal transaction via the BodyCROSS online shop under the domain “www.bodycross.de” for a purpose that is neither commercial nor self-employed can be attributed to professional activity (hereinafter referred to as “customer”) a durability guarantee for a period of 24 months on the purchased item. The guarantee includes an obligation on the part of BodyCROSS for all defects in the purchased item that occur after the transfer of risk within the duration of the guarantee. There is no warranty claim if the customer himself or a third party caused the defect in the purchased item through improper repair of the purchased item contrary to the safety and usage regulations or if the defect is due to technical intervention or mechanical, thermal or chemical damage or damage the purchased item is due to improper use or storage by the customer himself or third parties.

We give a 10-year guarantee for ropes, adjustment mechanisms, handles and door anchors of the BodyCROSS sling trainer for private use only. The fastening loops (multiadaptation) and the deflection pulley are excluded. For commercial use in fitness studios, clubs or personal training, the statutory warranty obligation applies.

The guarantee period begins when the contract is concluded .

The customer's legal rights in the event of defects (warranty) are not restricted by the guarantee, but exist regardless of whether the guarantee event occurs and whether the guarantee is claimed or not.

To assert the guarantee, the customer must send BodyCROSS photos of the defective product parts of the purchased item as well as the corresponding copy of the invoice for the purchased item by letter or email in order to make it easier for BodyCROSS to assign them and process them. If it is necessary to inspect the entire purchased item to verify the warranty claim, BodyCROSS will inform the customer separately. In the event of a warranty claim, the customer will receive the defective product parts of the purchased item replaced free of charge. If, following the above, it was necessary to send the entire purchased item, BodyCROSS will also send it back to the customer free of charge.
