Due to the unstable basic position, many muscle chains are activated at the same time and this ensures an increased training stimulus and thus quick and visible training success.
Our BodyCROSS® Spacer serves as a spacer between the 2 loops. The additional movement axis created thereby increases the training intensity (3D effect) and simplifies the handling of the sling trainer. The spacer is CNC milled from aluminum and is clamped between the two loops. The included wing screws prevent the spacer from slipping.
With the BodyCROSS® Sling Rotate Upgrade Kit in the set, you can now train your entire core muscles even more intensively and sustainably. The pulley increases the wobbling effect that is popular in sling training many times over. The Sling Rotate can be used anywhere and is the ideal training tool for healthy and fun training with the ultimate wobbling effect.
With the two multi-adaptations you can switch from the typical V-shape of classic sling training to the H-shape. This gives your muscles a more varied training stimulus and prevents the ropes from slipping on your body.
